A major insurance company needed to evolve its customer communications platform, moving from an on-premises<\/strong> infrastructure to a modern, secure, scalable, and fully managed cloud model,<\/strong> without modifying existing document-generating applications.<\/p>

Among the key needs were:<\/p>

  • Migrate the CCM environment to the cloud<\/strong> without interrupting current processes or affecting the applications that consume it.<\/li>

    A complete rearchitecture of the CCM platform<\/strong> was carried out, deploying it on Microsoft Azure<\/strong>, together with the new OpenText Exstream product running on Kubernetes<\/strong>, allowing the service to be operated from the cloud without the need for changes to the customer’s legacy systems.<\/p>

    • Deployment of Exstream on Kubernetes<\/strong>, applying best practices for high availability, performance, and security.<\/li>

    • Secure storage of documentation<\/strong> in the corporate document management system, accessible to customers and internal departments.<\/li>
    • Managed service operation<\/strong>, with N1\/N2\/N3 support, preventive\/corrective model, and escalation capability to the manufacturer.<\/li>
