Challenge

A company dedicated to the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities needed to adopt digital tools (Microsoft 365) as part of a new way of working. The challenge was not only technological: it required generating a solid digital culture, changing habits, and fostering a dynamic of collaboration, autonomy and continuous learning among the teams.

Solution

We apply a people-centered approach based on Lean Change Management, structured in three stages:

  1. Collaborative diagnosis: initial workshop to understand the existing culture and processes, accompanied by a status report and prioritized actions.
  2. Experimentation and learning: retrospective meetings, co-creation sessions, delivery of recommendations and memory of interactions.
  3. Management and closure of the change: consolidation of learning, final meetings and delivery of the closing report.

Throughout the process, we worked with agile methodology, empathetic approach and intensive use of Microsoft 365 tools, aimed at facilitating change and generating visible benefits in the short term.
