Complaint Channel

GRUPO TEKNEI IT S.L. makes available to all the people of its organization, employees, shareholders, customers and companies and suppliers, a mailbox or channel of complaints, in which to communicate any action relating to non-compliance with the Code of Conduct.

The whistle-blowing channel will be managed by the Regulatory Compliance Committee with the guarantees of confidentiality, independence and protection required by national and international regulations.

The objective of the channel is to establish a tool whereby those who identify any irregular or inappropriate conduct within the company can report it without fear of reprisals and guaranteeing confidentiality.

Anyone who detects or becomes aware of any irregular conduct or any conduct that violates the provisions of the Internal Code of Conduct may submit a complaint using the following link.

Subsequently, the Regulatory Compliance Committee will be in charge of managing and investigating such complaint in accordance with the procedure established for such purpose.
