GIS Policy
All the actions of those who make up TEKNEI are aimed at satisfying the needs of our customers. In order to systematize these actions and have a homogeneous and efficient management system, the organization has decided to implement a system in accordance with International Standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 166002:2021, ISO 18295-1:2017 and Royal Decree 311/2022, May 3, which regulates the National Security Scheme.
This integrated management system (IMS) is based on TEKNEI’s Policy and is audited and reviewed periodically, following the principle of continuous improvement.
The Policy is developed and complemented by a set of standards, guidelines and procedures that address specific aspects. This documentation, as well as the rest of the MIS documentation (processes, procedures, records, reports, evidences, programs…) is kept in its latest approved versions and accessible to the relevant people and interested parties based on the classification of the same and the need to know of each group or person.
TEKNEI’s General Management assumes responsibility for providing the necessary means in products and services to meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders, and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and management requirements.
It also designates the Integrated Management System Committee (IMS Committee) as the highest entity responsible for reviewing, maintaining and disseminating this policy, which, in turn, is communicated, disseminated and followed by all people in the organization and other interested parties (customers, collaborating companies and suppliers, etc.) that share services and products with TEKNEI or process their information, being mandatory within its scope of responsibility.
