DDO-Converter

Description

DDO-CONVERTER is a solution that automates format conversion between different document generation and management technologies, especially in the field of Customer Communications Management (CCM), where efficiency in the creation and distribution of multichannel communications is critical for sectors such as banking and utilities.

Objective

To facilitate the mass migration of forms and documents from obsolete platforms to modern and functional solutions, eliminating technological dependence and reducing project times and costs.

Actions

• Development of an automatic conversion system between document technologies.
• Integration with standards such as XSL:FO to facilitate interoperability.
• Reduction of migration time.
• Focus on sectors where document management is key, such as finance and energy.

This project has received funding from the Basque Government and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund 2021-2027 (ERDF), through the Hazitek aid program, and from the Provincial Council of Álava, through the Álava Innova-Digitaliza aid program.
