Teknei will be present at the conference “The city as a laboratory: opportunities for business innovation” organized by the City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz, on July 2 at the Palacio de Congresos Europa – Gasteiz Hall.
Can a city become a living space for innovation?
The answer is yes, and Vitoria-Gasteiz is proving it with its Ciudad Laboratorio program, an initiative that transforms the urban environment into a real testing ground for SMEs and startups.
Teknei invites you to participate in this conference, where we will explore how cities can be strategic allies for technological and business development. Through an inspiring presentation and a round table discussion with local companies, we will discover:
- How innovation drives regional development and business competitiveness.
- Real-life cases of technological solutions tested within the framework of Ciudad Laboratorio.
- The key role of public-private partnerships in generating value.
At this event, you will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the results and the project that Teknei is contributing to the Vitoria-Gasteiz Laboratory City initiative.
Teknei Digital turns Vitoria-Gasteiz into its testing ground for monitoring urban mobility in real time
Teknei has been selected to develop a cutting-edge technological solution (Nordago) that will enable real-time monitoring of the presence and mobility of people in urban spaces. To this end, four smart sensors have been installed at strategic points throughout the city, which have collected data over a period of four months.
Thanks to this deployment, Teknei will be able to automate the analysis of urban mobility data and perform advanced classification of citizen behavior, providing key information for decision-making in urban planning, sustainability, and public services.
Innovation at the service of sustainable cities
This Teknei project is aligned with the City Council’s strategic objectives in terms of environmental sustainability and social action. Our firm thus reaffirms its commitment to developing solutions that improve the quality of life in cities, optimize the use of public space, and reinforce the “smart city” approach to urban environments.
At Teknei, we are grateful for the trust placed in us by the City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz and we are delighted to be able to contribute cutting-edge technology to a city that is committed to open innovation and public-private collaboration as drivers of transformation.
