Definition and development of the Operational Action Plan for the Internet Crime Process.
Challenge
A government agency needed to adapt its cybercrime operations to a new strategic framework. To do so, it required a structured and realistic action plan that would identify emerging cybercrime challenges, define clear objectives and chart a path towards more effective and coordinated action.
Solution
We developed the operational action plan in three phases:
- Situation and challenge analysis: we conducted a collaborative diagnosis to identify, evaluate and prioritize the main challenges related to the prosecution of cybercrime.
- Definition of vision and objectives: together with the client, we built a desired scenario that would serve as a frame of reference for the progressive improvement of the process.
- Roadmap design and indicators: we develop a detailed plan with specific actions, timeline and indicators to ensure a structured and results-oriented follow-up.
This process provided the IT crime unit with a strategic tool aligned with its new reference plan.
We design an operational action plan for Internet crime, aligning vision, objectives and indicators in a clear and effective roadmap to meet the new challenges of cybercrime.

- Realistic diagnosis of operational challenges in the area of cybercrime.
- Clear definition of vision and medium-term objectives.
- Structuring of actions with timeline and indicators.
- Close collaboration with the client’s operational teams.
