Bilbao, May 5, 2025.—Teknei, a leading provider of technology solutions and digital transformation services, announced the definitive closing of the acquisition of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division of the Indra Group. With the signing of this agreement, Teknei integrates a key strategic unit, significantly strengthening its operational capacity and its presence in the domestic and international markets.

This transaction, which was completed on April 30 following the announcement made in late 2025, marks a milestone in Teknei’s strategic growth plan.
